This work doesn’t happen in isolation

We work with people who care deeply about how leadership shows up.

We partner with mission-driven organizations and leaders across a range of sectors who are committed to community, equity, inclusion, and meaningful change.

Our clients include:

  • Colleges and Universities
  • Higher Education Adjacent Organizations
  • Nonprofits — from local and regional organizations to large national networks
  • Foundation Boards
  • Corporate Teams (on a case-by-case basis)

To meet the unique needs, cultures, and capacities of each organization, we adapt and learn—whether it’s an established organization or a small team just beginning its journey.

This work expands in collaboration with a network of consultants whose work is grounded in humanity, shared values, and a deep understanding of group and organizational dynamics.

Each partner brings extensive expertise and a commitment to liberation, equity, and transformative change. The consultants listed here may be part of the team supporting your organization as we deliver our services.
