Dr. Tanya O. Williams
(she/her) is a visionary educator, consultant, and social justice advocate dedicated to creating spaces where authenticity thrives and equity flourishes. With over three decades of experience in equity, inclusion, and social justice work, Dr. Williams has made an indelible impact on higher education and beyond. Her academic journey culminated in a doctorate in Social Justice Education, with a powerful dissertation focusing on the liberation of African American and Black women from internalized racism.
Dr. Alejandro Covarrubias
(He/Him/His) is the President of Foundations for Hope & Justice Consulting. He has over 15 years of experience as an organizational development consultant, leadership coach, trainer, and speaker; and has worked with universities, tech start-ups, foundations, and non-profits across the country. His goal is work with individuals and organizations committed to social change by increasing their capacity to be more aligned with their core principles and more effectively meet their mission.
Dr. Craig Elliott
(He/Him/His) brings over 25 years of experience in higher education and over 15 years of experience as an educator, speaker and trainer. He is versed in student engagement, faculty partnership, student affairs, interpersonal communication, system dynamics and change, and diversity and inclusion work.
Rev. Dr. Jamie Washington
(He/Him/His) serves as the President & Founder of the Washington Consulting Group (WCG). WCG was named by the Economist as one of the Top 10 Global Diversity Consultants in the world. Dr. Washington has served as an educator, administrator, and consultant for over 40 years. He serves as an invited instructor in the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Lancaster Theological Seminary. He is the President and Co-Founder of the Social Justice Training Institute and a Past President of the American College Personnel Association.


Rev. Sam Offer
(he/him) serves as Vice President and Senior Consultant with the Washington Consulting Group (WCG), a multicultural organizational development firm based in Baltimore. Sam is committed to the development and success of professionals, students, and organizations. He has designed and facilitated programs, trainings, and interventions that promote cultural transformation and advance inclusion. He has worked with numerous institutions to drive systemic and social change in support of equity and justice.
